Steph Rey grew up in the UK near Liverpool and moved to Australia twelve years ago. During her career, Steph has worked with various companies in assisting them to implement flexible working arrangements, productivity and process frameworks, cloud productivity systems, behaviour design strategies, and advocating for closing the gender pay gap. She has been invited to talk with the Australian Ambassador to the United Nations Gillian Bird on Gender Diversity and is an outspoken voice for women in business.
Steph has worked for many years in HR and Accounting, and has a degree in Behavioural Studies (Psychology) majoring in Advanced Psychology with minors in Sociology and Criminology, a Diploma in Business, and is in the process of completing a Masters in Applied Sociology.
Steph is a logical thinker. She has a natural ability to assess the entire picture, read between the lines, find the source of issues and provide practical advice and solutions.
She looks at the social and cultural influences that affect businesses, and incorporates them into her assessments and advice, providing unique tools and insight into making her clients business strategy successful. She also focuses on the psychology of marketing, behaviour design, and how the human brain reacts to advertising and branding.
Steph is also the Director of a women's networking and educational group called ShireWomen which provides events, education, business support and connects professional women based in the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas.
In her personal time, she spends way too much time with her dogs, reading, watching Netflix, English Soccer (a Liverpool fan) and watching live music.
Steph is a Certified Member of the Australian HR Institute, the Australian Psychological Society and The Australian Sociological Association.
